The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that made my experience quite disappointing. The room lacked basic cleanliness, and I noticed some uncomfortable signs like a ripped smoke detector and even signs of pests. To make matters worse, the overall safety of the area had me feeling uneasy, especially with disturbances happening outside my door through the night.

Location is the only plus
I had a rough stay, primarily due to the condition of the room, which was dirty and even had cockroaches. The sheets were in terrible shape, with burns and stains, and there was no mattress pad. To top it off, I experienced rude service when I was yelled at for not checking out on time, even after showing proof I paid for two nights.

It was a great fit for my two-day stay in Lynwood with value for price. The staff was accommodating when I had issues with my room key, helping me get into my room promptly. Avoid bringing valuables, as the area looks a bit sketchy at night.

The queen room was spacious enough for my solo trip, but cleanliness was a big issue. I found bugs and the bedding was clearly worn out with burns and stains. The air conditioning barely worked too. It’s not a place I’d want to revisit, honestly.
